About the roles

We are looking for skilled and experienced people from a range of backgrounds to join our management consultant team. You will work on a range of exciting Client assignments.

Our consultants work with Clients in the mining, oil and gas, government, education, insurance, utility, professional services, agriculture, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Our consultants have at least 3-5 years experience in delivering Client facing engagements in multiple organisations. You are required to have the capability to work on the ‘detailed end’ of assignment delivery as well as working alongside Client leaders (as a coach).

Our consultants are skilled communicators and exemplify professional standards. With the capability to work as part of a team and on their own, our consultants believe in sharing ideas and building effective relationships.

Our consultants are expected to have a broad understanding of industry and technology trends. Consultants have the ability to communicate with people at all levels of organisations and reflect the professionalism, integrity and quality that underpins the Human Sparks brand.
